Public sessions to prepare competitions

Two public sessions with comments from the teachers to prepare competitions with video recording.

Technical aspects and practice methods

Alternating with lessons with piano, a 30-minute workshop is organized, aiming to help the participants improve their practice methods and instrumental technique (posture, breathing, basic technique, ...)

Rehearsals and lessons with piano

Alternating with the workshop ”technical aspects and practice methods”, each participant receives lessons with piano, directed by pianist Matthieu Acar and saxophonist Hiroe Yasui (preparation of the students' concert).

Preparation for competitions and entrance exams

Preparing the participants for different competitions and entrance exams : Paris Conservatoire (CNSMDP) and French Regional Conservatories (CRR and CRD); national and international competitions.

Interview and short audition upon arrival

A private first meeting with the Academy teachers (short audition and interview concerning each participants' pedagogic wishes).

Concerts

- Entry to all of the festival's concerts is free of charge for all participants. At the last day of the Academy, the participants appear in a students' recital.
